Booking & Returns Policy

Clear rules for cancellations, shipping, and returns.

A. Service Bookings

1. Booking Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your start date. This deduction will be made from the final invoice.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • More than 7 days notice: Deposit can be transferred to a new date within 6 months.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited to cover lost labor time.

3. Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work and client satisfaction sign-off.

B. E-Commerce (Wallpapers & Art)

1. Shipping Policy

Wall Pictures & Art: As these are printed on demand/framed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within Ireland.

2. Returns Policy

  • Wall Pictures & Wallpaper: Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only, as these are made-to-order items. Please inspect your art immediately upon arrival.
  • Dry Goods: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@primeandcoat.ie within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
