1. The Promoter & The Promotion

The promoter is Prime & Coat, operating out of Navan, County Meath, Republic of Ireland.
This promotion is structured under the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) exemptions regarding lotteries held in conjunction with the selling or marketing of a product (The "Room Design Kit").
By purchasing the Room Design Kit and entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Entry is strictly restricted to residents of County Dublin and County Meath, Ireland.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase.
The entrant must be the legal owner of the property where the prize will be executed. If the entrant is a tenant, explicit written permission from the property owner/landlord must be provided before work commences. Prime & Coat accepts no liability for unauthorized property alterations.
Employees, immediate family members, and contractors of Prime & Coat are strictly prohibited from entering.

To enter, participants must purchase the "Prime & Coat Room Design Kit" via the official website for €14.99.
One (1) purchase equals one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple purchases are permitted.
The €14.99 purchase is non-refundable, as it covers the physical creation, processing, and postage of the custom Peel & Stick paint samples and Color Theory Guide to the entrant's provided address.

The prize is defined as ONE (1) "Complete Room Transformation" painting service (Maximum Retail Value: €599).

Size Limitations: The prize applies to a single, standard residential room with maximum floor dimensions of 5 meters by 5 meters (25 sq. meters) and a standard ceiling height (maximum 2.7 meters). Hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces are strictly excluded.
Inclusions: Preparation (minor filling and spot-sanding), application of two (2) coats of flat emulsion to the ceiling, application of two (2) coats of premium emulsion to the walls, and fine-finish spray application of water-based enamel to the interior skirting boards, architraves, and the interior face of the room’s entry door.
Exclusions (Non-Negotiable): The prize STRICTLY EXCLUDES major plastering, skimming, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, lead-paint mitigation, exterior painting, or the supply/erection of scaffolding. Any requests for work outside this scope will be quoted separately at standard commercial rates.
The winner may select their colors from the Prime & Coat standard premium range. Specialist paints (e.g., Venetian Plaster, Limewash, metallic epoxies) are excluded from the free prize.

Clearance: The winning room must be completely cleared of furniture, electronics, and fragile items by the homeowner prior to the arrival of the Prime & Coat team. Prime & Coat personnel are not insured to move heavy domestic furniture and will refuse to commence work if the room is obstructed.
Utilities: The homeowner must provide reasonable access to electricity, running water, and restroom facilities for the duration of the project.
Right of Refusal: Prime & Coat reserves the right to refuse execution of the prize if the site is deemed hazardous (e.g., black mold, structural instability, presence of asbestos, hoarding conditions) upon inspection.

Every Room Design Kit includes a €50 promotional voucher.
This voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The voucher is valid for a single use against any final invoice for Prime & Coat services exceeding €400 in total value.
The voucher expires 60 days from the date of the giveaway draw and cannot be applied to the free prize or combined with any other discounts.

The winner will be selected via a randomized digital draw within 7 days of the promotional closing date.
The winner will be notified via the email address and phone number provided at the time of purchase.
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, Prime & Coat reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.
The work must be scheduled and completed within sixty (60) days of the winner claiming the prize, subject to Prime & Coat's operational availability.

Mandatory Consent: By accepting the prize, the winner explicitly grants Prime & Coat the irrevocable right to capture "Before, During, and After" photography and videography of the property.
These materials, along with the winner's first name and general locality (e.g., "Sarah from Dublin"), may be used indefinitely for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across social media, websites, and print, without further compensation.
All personal data collected during the purchase of the Room Design Kit is processed securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data will solely be used for the administration of this giveaway, the delivery of the product, and subsequent direct marketing from Prime & Coat.

Prime & Coat assumes no liability for any pre-existing structural, electrical, or cosmetic damage to the property discovered during the execution of the prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control (Force Majeure), Prime & Coat reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
